Microsoft Word Needs To Download The Font Osaka

Sad for the inconvenience caused by this result.

Per my inquiry, at that place is a helpful thread I would like to share with you:

Outlook for Mac kept prompting me download font

When attempting to open some MS Word Docs I'grand asked to download - STHeiti and other fonts

Please endeavor the methods provided in these two threads.(Although their scenarios are different from yours, the root cause could be the same, so give them a shot.)

If result persist, please provide us with the post-obit data:

1.A screenshot of your Office version.

2.Do this issue occur on other Part apps?

3.Is it a specific certificate that has this event?

Every bit my question said, this only fixes it for that session. Then now everytime I switch on my PC and open Word I have to redownload the fonts. Fonts that I dont use.

I'd only like to point out that Office applications should not require users to download STHeiti, Osaka, or whatever other font that they are non actually using. At that place is no valid reason to require font downloads.

Equally this effect might be caused by an corrupted user profile, please effort Create a new user contour on your Mac and run across if result persist in this new user profile.

3.Endeavor create a new certificate and run into if it ask you to download fonts every fourth dimension you restart your Mac.
